Since 2015, Stellenberg Gardens in Cape Town has held Open Weekends in aid of St Joseph’s Home for Chronically Ill Children, a paediatric care facility giving children with life threatening illness a second chance at childhood.
Due to COVID, we’ve not been able to share the beauty that our gardens have to offer nor raise funds for St Joseph’s Home. Like many charities, COVID-19 has negatively impacted the operations at St Joseph’s who rely on donations to provide free 24-hour specialised and general nursing care and rehabilitation to those who need it most.
That is why we are so excited to present our virtual garden tour! We’re proud to give you the opportunity to take a trip with us through one of South Africa’s most beautiful gardens, from the comfort of your own home, and bring everyone together virtually to make a difference for this worthy cause.
